Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed during business hours. Our business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We strive to process all orders the same day, or within 48 hours at the most. 

In the event of a high volume of orders, or any other delaying factor, you will be notified as quickly as possible that delays may be experienced. During the entire shipping process, you are kept informed about the location of your products. 

Shipping method

For our shipping needs, we have concluded an agreement with Canada Post. This assures that you get low and affordable shipping rates. If you have your own shipping provider, let us know to organize pickup. Any special shipping arrangements, such as signature on reception, insurance coverage etc. can be worked out with you, if this is required.

International Shipping

It is our intention to ship all over the world. Most destinations are served. If you wish to place an order with us, and we have no provisions for shipping to your country, our system will not calculate a rate.

In that case, feel free to contact us and we will organize transport to your location if this is possible.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

While your order is processed, you are kept informed about each step, and you will receive tracking information provided by ShipStation. Any change of status of your shipment is reported to you. 

Damages

Helios Business Services LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

We will contact you asap to arrange shipping of your replacement product; we handle things with our shipping provider. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Helios Business Services LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.

Returns

In the case that you wish to return a product to us, please follow the return process.

  • Fill the form and send it. We contact you and initiate the process

  • We take charge of handling your return as smoothly as possible. You are informed every step of the way.

  • In case your return is based on our satisfaction policy, we follow the procedure that are explained in that policy.
